Adding An Email Favorite On The Xerox Printer

Please note, this process only applies to Xerox WorkCentre 5855/75 and 7845 printers.

 

  1. Press the Services Home button to get to the home screen.
  2. Tap Email.
  3. Tap New Recipient.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Tap the Add Contact Button.
  6. Tap Create new contact.
    .
  7. Verify the email address is correct then tap the Star icon next to the second row.
  8. Tap OK.
  9. Tap Favorites and confirm your email appears in the list.
